- You'll electronically sign the document, and everyone will be sent a copy.
- We'll sign and notarize a Warranty Deed, deeding the property to you.
- Your payment will be processed via credit/debit card or mailed check.
- Upon receiving payment, we'll instantly send the deed to the county to be recorded. Most counties will finish recording within 1 week. We will then send you your recorded deed.
